They put Zebra stripes in my hair and wouldn't fix it even though I hated it and didn't even want those colors. They lady dripped dye on me too so I had a black spot in my hair. I definitely didn't get my money back. I was told that I asked for stripes? $500 for f*ed up hair and fix by another salon.
