They put Zebra stripes in my hair and wouldn't fix it even though I hated it and didn't even want those colors. They lady dripped dye on me too so I had a black spot in my hair. I definitely didn't get my money back. I was told that I asked for stripes? $500 for f*ed up hair and fix by another salon. (Thanks Trade Secret) WEDDING WARNING: my sister insisted on this salon so we went again and they didn't take half the time on the brides hair as they did in the trail run and her makeup was caked on bad.
