Sunnyvale Self Storage was great, then the management changed. Now it sucks!! They often put mail in the wrong PO Box, and don't tell you when a package arrives. If you complain, the tell you to take your business some where else, and threaten to close your box. One employee looks at adult web sites when he should be sorting mail. He often smells bad. I would avoit this place!
