Pros: - Located in a quiet neighborhood - Very easy access to I-96 - Great location for GVSU students - Income based monthly rent rates - There are swings and a slide for kids to play on Cons: - Located directly across the road from the dump (smells very badly) - Even though the office has posted hours, chances are that no one will be in the office. - The manager is unreachable and does not return phone calls or emails. - If you need to have maintenance fix anything, you have to send in at least two work orders, and remind them several times before they finally come to fix
