The staffs were so stiff like robots. They are not friendlly. They do not give information completely and sometimes are confusing. They are proffesional in doing the simple job. Making an appointment with them is painful! Most of time they want your kid to come early in the morning while they know if they are smart enough to think using the common sense, kids 6-18 age years old they go to school until 3pm? One female of their staff is so slow and always waste my time from taking care of the insurance that already approve until taking the appointment. They really
