I'd recommend Tom to anybody wanting a tattoo. This was my first time and what a perfect experience I had. He sat down and sketched a design for me according to what i wanted. His place is clean and his work is flawless. The best thing is he gives you the pain at no cost! I'm recommending him to everyone I know and I'm looking forward to another one soon.
