Writing in regards to Carson, CA location and staff: I am absolutely livid and appalled at their complete lack of professionalism and outright rudeness. On March 23rd, 2009 my husband and mother-in-law rented an RV for a trip to Phoenix. Not only did they give us the RV two hours late they gave it to us with the gas tank on empty. The lady that gave them the keys assured them that they could return it on empty.
