Dr. Sevier does NOT care about the animals. He only cares about the money. I had been taking my 2 dachshunds to Dr. Sevier for several years. My first clue should have been when I told him I was taking my puppies to Mexico to be spayed and neutered because it was 1/3 the cost from in San Diego, he put his hands on his hips and arrogantly asked me "Why don't you take them there for all their shots too?"
