On two separate occasions, I had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy under the tutelage of Edsel L. Pagkanlungan, PT The first time was for a knee replacement & recently for a hip & knee replacement. Edsel is an excellent Physical Therapist. He understands how & what has to be done to reach the stated goals to get better physically. He knows exactly the exercises to make one whole again.
