I employed them for biweekly cleaning for 3 months. I was explicit about what I wanted done. Everytime they came something was missed. I called in a complaint after every other time and was told it would be taken care of next time. Some of it was, some not. Last time was really sad, Floors were dirty. I observed them squirt a couple sprays of water stuff from a spray bottle on my floor and run the mop around the center of the floor. Floor edges were always dirty. HUGE dust bunny under the edge of the chair in my family room, gross. Counter top appliances were not wipe
