I'm not one to blast a business with a scathing review, in fact, this is the first time I have felt passionately enough about an experience to send negativity out into the webosphere. My Saturday experience at Firestone can be blamed. I'd like to say up front, that at no time was any employee at Firestone rude or inappropriate, just the opposite - very friendly and personable.
