Two steps into the place and we heard the young girl welcoming us into Vince's Coffee Shop. The aroma of mexican food was in the air and being mid-morning we were femished. I could have eaten almost anything. I was impressed by the prompt beverage service. But I almost lost my huaraches when my order of Huevos Rancheros with Chile Verde made it to my table. The smell was incredibly home-made. The taste of every ingredient of the dish was a pleasure to be had, to be shared, something to let others know.
