I called the office inquiring about new patients and requesting a very brief meeting with the dentist to determine if we could have a compatible dentist-patient relationship, my insurance/payment situation, etc. "Sharon", hygienist, answered my questions with an attitude I can only describe as bad, and informed me that the doctor would only see me if I made an appointment for x-rays and cleaning.
