I've eaten at practically all of the Chinese take-out restaurants within a 50-mile radius of Biscoe, NC and China Eight is definitely a stand-out regarding quality of food, service, and price. No frozen food item quickies here; everything, including the egg rolls, is freshly made from hand-prepared ingredients. Chef Jin Xiong Zhou's Egg Drop soup and Hot & Sour soup, both made while you wait or while on your way to pick them up, are better than any I've tasted elsewhere.
