Do NOT use Vision Mortgage Capital. Their people are unknowledgable and lack efficiency. Their main goal is to string you along. We spent over 30 days getting them all that was required of us and all they could accomplish was a request for additional info over and over again. They actually asked for information they knew they needed weeks before asking. instead of giving you a list they request one thing only to make you wait a few days and then tell you something else you need to get them. Where's the professionalism in that? They are a total "round-n-round"
