This in definitely not the place to go for lessons or to board your horse if you love them. The stalls were FILTHY and stank from not being properly cleaned. The water pails were either bone dry or lined with green slime and several had dead roaches floating in the "water". The was an excessive amount of flies all over the animals who looked miserable and very unhappy. The "riding ring" was in poor state of repair-some of the boards were broken or missing and the jumps that were there were also falling apart.
