Our realtor hired this company to give us a layout of our septic piping, tank, and drainfield. What we got was a completely inaccurate drawing of the outflow piping. An accurate drawing was obtained FOR FREE from the city of Kalamazoo Environmental division. What BES had charted, was the direction of our SPRINKLER lines. The sellers had paid for the inspection, otherwise I would be calling them asking for a refund. There is truly no reason to hire this company if they fail in something as basic as this
