The place is run down and its clear that the lack of competent management is the reason why. The property manager %22Joy%22 %28very ironic%29 does nothing for the place or tenants that resembles her name. Everyone who lives here has had at least one bad experience with her sour disposition when you ask for something simple like the laundry room or pool to be cleaned. When a cat was stuck on the roof several months ago the property manager would not let anyone get it down. The cat stayed up there for 5 days and finally jumped and limped away somewhere.
