they are very friendly until something happens. the stone I bought was garbage. after it was installed it turned flakey and started to self-destruct. they were not friendly when I told them what happened. I have heard a lot of bad things about them lately from my other stone mason friends. they are not the place they used to be. you are only as good as the product you sell. they need to change suppliers.
