Missed a MAJOR brake problem on my car. Im a girl, I don't know much about cars, But I have learned a lot in the last years, and believe they mis-diagnosed my car MULTIPLE times. It is great that their brakes have a lifetime warranty, and you only pay for the time spent putting them on, that is what gave them 1 stars.
