Management is terrible. Among other issues, we had a gas leak for 2 months. We complained 7 times about it, even had Provo city come in and look. Finally their "handyman" came, but he made the leak worse and acted offensively to my wife. Our neighbors had mold problems and had to sleep in the living room for 3 months. She got really sick. Parking is $25 extra, but they don't paint spots; the manager's daughters come and spray stuff on your carpet to clean it - that costs you $144/year.
