I have used this company for the last 6 years and have been a very loyal customer. I had a hot water tank put in about 1 1/2 month ago and the pipe which supplys it gas had a valve that was not up to code. This information was according to the guy who had to come shut my gas off in the middle of winter because of a gas leak. When I called today they said I shouldnt have expected them to say anything about the valve.. they get busy.. if wasnt leaking when they were there then no need to change it...
