We bought a van at Garber Buick in Saginaw from john weiss.We had proublems with the steering and took it back to be fixed,not once but twice,They did put new part on and fixed it.I did have to stay and wait alot longer than I was told.since we bought the uplander used ,we asked if it had been wrecked,We were assured by john that it had not!Well we got the title back,we did not open it right away,as we just put it away,not even thinking that anything underhanded would be going on.We did open the title to place it with some other papers and discovered that the title was a f
