Review

Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe it. We were required to pay $1,000 as a down payment before any work was done. When they were finally finished and we went to pick the car up the window was smashed and the hood ornament was gone. The worker had the audacity to tell us "it was fine this morning" and that they were not responsible. It ended up with the Madison County Sheriff on the lot before they would let us take the car. Horrendous, atrocious, unprofessional and ridiculous. Legal action is anticipated.
