I brought my daughter's letter jacket in on September 15th, and was told it would be ready by the end of October or early November. It's now November 28th, and the jacket is still not finished. I've made several phone calls, but no one seems to care. My daughter is a senior, and considering the short Texas winters, she'll be lucky to wear her letter jacket with $80 worth of new patches for a week or two before heading off to college. If you take any work here, be prepared to leave it for most of the semester.
