I took my dosile 11 year old dog in for a nail trim. I explained to Dr. Hall that he has a long quick as he was a farm dog for most of his life prior to coming to live with us, so to please only tip his nails. Dr. Hall disregarded this and seriously cut the 2nd nail causing my dog to bleed excessively. We then were asked to place a mussle on the dog, which we agreed to do after Dr. Hall caused him so much pain and we wanted to ensure that everyone was safe in case he cut him again.
