KHS Rentals owner, Karl Schreyer, is a liar who cheats people out of their money. He has admitted that my roommates and I left the apartment in pristine condition. However, he has refused to return our $600 deposit / person ($3,000 total) because he "does not have the money yet" (ie. he spent our deposits). We have already filed small claim suits and expect to fight this battle in court now because Karl is simply a narcissistic animal. He has a reputation about being the worst landlord in Potsdam, NY and has been thrown in jail multiple times prior
