I rented shoes from tuxedo world for a black tie wedding. one minute after trying on the shoes, the heel came loose. I was on Long Island and couldn't exchange them. when I brought this up to the owner he said it wasn't his fault and there is nothing he could do about it now, but luckily since I bought the damage waiver, I would not be charged for the damage that I must have caused.
