This salon is awful. I received in inadequate haircut from Casey. She didn't understand what I wanted, and I ended up losing a lot of hair. I ended up with short, flat, excessively layered hair. I think I had the same haircut in 1995. Get with the program! I complained to the manager, and she said I could meet with a salon educator and the stylist and discuss options. When I returned the stylist was only there, and she tried to fix it but with no luck. When finished butchering, she had the nerve to tell me that I didn't owe anything.
