Very unorganized!!! Owner works out of thier home.. They also have a so called office inside a laundry mat in a retirement complex... They hire you expecting you to be on call at a moments notice. You will not see a schedule for at least a month. And most importantly you will not know how much you are getting paid until you ask the boss Mr clark. They say its full time but they never say anything about benifits or how they keep track of your hours you work!! They are not interested on how qualified you are they just need bodies to fill the contracts they already have. You w
