I rarely do this, but I must say that doing business with Lassell's Carpet in Pawcatuck, CT has been an unusually WONDERFUL experience. The have sold and installed for us a very reasonably priced, great quality carpet and have bent over backwards to fit our schedules. I am absolutely delighted with the customer service that they have provided. In addition, they have provided us with a wealth of home-renovation information which has proven to be extraordinarily useful. I am so happy that we chose to do business with this small and personable company!
