Terrible construction and mean management. Avoid at all costs unless you love vandalism on your car in the night, huge dogs walked without leashes, cigarette smoke, rude management, squatters, tailgaters without gate passes following you in illegally, poor exterior lighting, and high crime rates. The construction is what keeps everyone at odds. You can hear your neighbor's every move.
