We just used Bragg s to fix the heating element in our dryer. We had gotten a quote from Whirlpool for another year warranty and then called around to some places. We decided to go with Bragg s at the estimate they gave us. When the work was done, after the service charge (or the trip charge as the repairman called it), the part, and the labor charge, it came out to almost $100 more than the estimate. We called and was told that there is nothing they can do now. Our frustration is that the estimate was not short $20 to $25, which would have been ok,
