Riverside was recommended to me by my neighbor. I had called another vet, looking for a place to bring my new puppy and wanting to find a welcoming, full service vet. The first place I called (which had been recommded by the breeder where I bought my dog) was unfriendly on the phone and sent me a detailed form to fill out, seeking info so that they could do a credit check before I brought my dog in to even see the vet for the first time!
