We have a contract of more than $100,000 with them. They are supposed to clean and maintain our condo complex. They did get better once they got rid of a lazy cleaner who spent her time talking on the phone and reading magazines in our laundry room. For years, they haven't performed most of the duties on their weekly list. They vacuum and maybe wash the front windows, and that's it.
