The minute that we arrived at the desk we were asked if we were gold club members. We said no we have a reservation. The man at the desk rudely yells out "If your not a gold card member you will just have to wait!" Then after allowing others to go ahead of us it was finally out turn 25 minutes later. After going through all the options and declining everything. The incompetent man tacks on the refuel option. Evidently thinking that we would be stupid and not catch what he was doing. So we made him redo the entire agreement just because he added that on without our pe
