A few years ago I went to this location and I will never do it again. The tax agent that completed my taxes completed them wrong. I later found out from my parents that they were wrong. I went in and to make a long story short I finally got my taxes in JULY!!!! I wanted a refund for all the hassle but the owner refused to return any of my calls. His response was that I could get my taxes done the next year without charge but why would I do that knowing they messed up my taxes this year.
