I went into the shop this afternoon to ask if I could purchase heel tip replacements for my shoes. I was told that there were many sizes so I gave more information and then was shown two different styles of replacements. I explained those were not correct and asked where I could find the right ones. I was told I couldn't find them anywhere and if I came back in after trying to fix my shoes myself I would be charged double. I immediately left the store. I found this comment to not only be inappropriate but the lack service I received was inexcusably rude. I will not be recom
