These are exactly the type of people who give all dry cleaners a reputation for shady businesses with terrible customer service. I brought in two pairs of pants and two shirts for dry cleaning. One pair of pants came back with TWO holes, one on the leg, and a tear next to the button near the zipper. The lady told me there was "no way, swear to god", which is so ludicrous it hurts. Through the power of deduction: 1) I put the pants on one day, no hole in crotch 2) take to Specialty Cleaners 3) put pants on, hole in crotch. You think they might
