These are exactly the type of people who give all dry cleaners a reputation for shady businesses with terrible customer service. I brought in two pairs of pants and two shirts for dry cleaning. One pair of pants came back with TWO holes, one on the leg, and a tear next to the button near the zipper. The lady told me there was "no way, swear to god", which is so ludicrous it hurts.
