The owner would raise the price if you take anything other than standard US passport photos. I visited the shop this Tuesday with a friend who took a standard 6 piece US passport shot for $12; I went again on Saturday to take a 4 piece Canadian passport shot for myself and he wanted $15. However, I end up with paying $25. Why?
