The owner would raise the price if you take anything other than standard US passport photos. I visited the shop this Tuesday with a friend who took a standard 6 piece US passport shot for $12; I went again on Saturday to take a 4 piece Canadian passport shot for myself and he wanted $15. However, I end up with paying $25. Why? The owner refused to read the instruction I brought in and before he was about to print I insisted to compare the output from his computer with the requirement from the instruction.
