Review

I would not recommend this office. When I ordered glasses two years ago, Dr. Mackenzie forgot to order the anti-reflective glare coating; thus, my glasses had to be shipped back out for completion after already waiting a week for them to come in. This time, Dr. Mackenzie advised that my glasses would be aready on Thursday following a Friday eye exam. When I called on Thursday to see when I could pick up my glasses, I was told that they would not be in until Friday or Monday due to Dr. Mackenzie being unaware that his lab only applied the anti-reflective coating on
