Petsmart in Biddeford is not worth my time and money. I will drive to a differant city before I go to that store again. When I went in, staff were chatting to themselves and it took me a few minutes to even get an employee's attention (even though I could see her the whole time). When an employee did come over to help me look at some hermit crabs, I brought it to her attention that they had NO water (they cannot live without it long) she made excuses and told me that's why there was a sponge, wheich when she touched it realised it too was bone dry.
