Need better communication skills with the customer very rude, called an order in and not even 5min went by and i called back to cancel my order and the lady was very rude with me and hung up on me, i had changed my mind on where i wanted my pizza from so i called right back and the lady was very rude, will never order anything from papa John's pizza ever again with that kind of service, will be checking my card for charges!
