J Neil's Mongolian Grill has been a tease for over 2 years. I moved to this neighborhood 3 years ago and even back then there was work being done to overhaul the interior. 6 months later we got a sign, and a boost in our excitement. Slowly work was being done but never seemed to be completed then, May of 09 rolls around and it's finally open. Atmosphere is nice, high ceilings make that room feel larger than it is, but the exposed rafters don't mix with some of the kitsch of the uniforms and lackluster decor.
