The day my tub was delivered to my house three guys showed up with the tub. Just as nice as they could be look over where I wanted the tub set and there they go just busy as the can be. They got the tub set started filling the electrician wired the tube in and they all left but one and he stayed to explain how the tube work and when I should put chemicals in and how. We are set and ready to use our new spa. Several weeks later I noticed that the tube was not hot so I called the service manager and he sent his technician Ronnie out to look at the tube Ronnie was very polite
