PAYLESS floors was hired by a contractor to repair a wood laminate floor that was scratched during a kitchen remodel. They were paid by the contractor. BUT when they arrived at my house they told me I would need to replace all the wood in the kitchen because replacement pieces were not available that would match the original floor.
