called friday to get someone out to repair tv, said they would call back monday morning to schedule. I called them mon afternoon, said they would call tuesday morning. they called tuesday to ask for serial number, they called back and said they needed a part ordered, would be 2 days. Why didn't they order part friday? I called them back 3 days later, said they would call back in 1 hour. I called back that afternoon, said they had part and would be calling me back in mon or tue? why would he even say tue. if you want fast and profession
