I went in to get a keratin treatment and a cut. I was notified at 11am for a 1p hair apt that my stylist was sick and I could be seen the next day. This was my first time (and last) coming here so I said sure. I then saw Jamie the next day and thought that I received a good haircut but wasn't shown the back of my hair at all. I got home and realized that a huge chunk was missing and the cut was terribly uneven. So I called and was told to come back in the next day and speak with the manager. So I show up the next day, tell the manager that I am upset, want a refun
