My son and daughter-in-law hired Big Brother Moving weeks before today (12-09-2009). They were to meet at my son's storage unit today at 10)) a.m. They did not show, they are not answering their phone and they are not returning messages. As I write this we are calling another mover as my son is only off work today. Big Brother Moving was also aware that my son and daughter-in-law are veterans, so in my opinion, it's eve worse what they have done. Don't call these losers!
