Susan Kraushaar is a TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT appraiser. She missed an entire bedroom on our property and would not admit it until the bank pushed her to revise her appraisal. Susan Kraushaar even provided an incorrect sketch of our property in her appraisal. Egregious and unacceptable mistakes. If your bank assigns Professional Appraisal Associates (Solvang, CA), DEMAND that they assign another firm which is actually "professional" and capable.
