I called last minute on a weekend and was surprised when a person actually answered the phone!! Ted was really helpful and worked with me to find a last minute jumper that fit our needs. He was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. When the delivery man came he was just as pleasant, professional and helpful. Mike was extremely conscientious and very friendly. He went above and beyond the call of duty for our gathering and made sure that the bounce house was secure and in the safest location possible, knowing we had little ones.
